Four months old

I can't believe a week ago Jack turned four months old! He is such a big boy. I think he weighs about 17 pounds, but we will find out for sure at his check up tomorrow. That is about the same as what Jace weighed at his four month checkup, but I am wondering if Jack is longer. I am curious to find out! Jack is getting much better with his coordination and loves to jump in the Johnny Jump Up or sit on the play mat and grab and kick his toys. Almost all the time he is happy and he rolls over a lot, trying to get to Jace or whatever catches his eye. He sometimes will get stuck, though, and that makes him really mad! Our issue right now is with thumb-sucking. He is a crazy sucker and will do it every chance he gets. We try to always pull it out, but I guess you cannot really expect a four month old to understand. Jack is now big enough that I face him outward when I carry him in his carrier (on my chest). I think he really likes having a good view of the world. :) I cannot believe that just over a year ago we found out we were pregnant with Jack, and now he is here and such a wonderful baby. He sleeps 11-12 hours most nights, drinks probably 32 ounces a day, and is just such a big, cute boy. His smile lights up the room and now he has started to laugh and talk a lot. We are so lucky to have Baby Jack! I just wish time would go by a little slower...
